I have retired from the practice of law. I am no longer taking clients or  reviewing contracts and manuscripts. I am also not keeping up with all the changes in publishing and self-publishing. At this moment, I am probably puttering in the yard or at a yoga class.

While I welcome your questions and comments, please understand that my answers will be general information only and not specific advice about your particular matter. Sending me an email does not and will not create an attorney-client relationship between us.

Also, if your question is something along the lines of “I am thinking of writing a book about ________. Can I do that?” please don’t ask. It all depends on how you write it and what support you have for potentially damaging revelations. I’ve made the decision not to answer that kind of question any longer.
